Changes whether positive or negative, can create stress and uncertainty.  In my work clients are often facing change and benefit from having support and the opportunity to build skills to navigate forward gracefully. Sometimes transition is thrust upon us unexpectedly and we are required to cope with circumstances beyond our control and sometimes our understanding.  No matter the situation, my skills, experience and compassion are well suited to the task of walking alongside clients in their experience. Examples of transitions my clients face include: divorce, effective co-parenting, job change, blending of families, grief, starting/finishing high school or college, and new onset of significant or chronic medical issues.
